Licence fee to rise
British truck drivers are going to have to pay three times as much for theii driving licences as they do now after April next year. The cost of a three-year licence will then rise from £1 I|o £3, and at the same time the fee for a drivingtest will rise from £6 to £B. It is expected that similar rises will soon be announced for car licences.
