Injunction hearing
(N Z. Prctf Aiaoctatioit> AUCKLAND. February 20. A judge of the Auckland i Supreme Court wijl hear an application on February 28 | for an interim injunction ordering the police to hand over photographs of patient files from the Auckland Medical Aid Centre to the Court. The application was filed in the Court yesterday. It followed a writ, filed on Tuesday, seeking permanent injunctions against the police from retaining or using photocopies of files and from taking further copies ot them. The files, which the police seized late last year, were returned to the centre last month.
