SYDNEY, Feb. 19.
The Australian Conservation Foundation believes that British Airways should obtain the permission of Australian outback Aborigines before it schedules Concorde supersonic flights over this country.
The foundation director. Dr J. Mosley, said that the company planned to fly Concorde three times a week over remote areas of Australia Which it described as “uninhabited.”
“We reject the principle that man in remote areas should be expected to accept higher levels of pollution than those in more denselysettled areas,” he said. “British Airways should get the consent of Aborigines in these areas before it ejects these people into the supersonic age,” Dr Mosley said.
