PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL HIGH PRESSURE WATER SUPPLY IMPROVEMENT LOAN, NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1956, and amendments thereto, the Paparua County Council, at a Special Meeting held on December 2, 1974, resolved by way of Special Order to raise a loan of $1,535,000 for the purpose of carrying out improvements to the existing high pressure water supply system within the Paparua County, subject to the terms of the sanction of the Local Authorities Loans Board, granted on November 5, 1974. Public Notice is also given that a poll of ratepayers is required to be taken if 5 per cent of the ratepayers so demand by writing to the undersigned. This notification must be received not later than the day before the date fixed for the confirmation of the resolution. A copy of this Special Order is open to the inspection of the public during normal office hours until Monday, February 3, 1975, when the Special Order will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council at 7.30 p.m. on that date. NOTE: It is not proposed to levy a Special Rate but to meet the loan charges from revenue received from the Council’s High Pressure Water Supply System. A. KELLY.
