Honey money
Honey could mean money for some of the world’s poorest countries, according to a Canadian expert. Professor G. F. Townsend, of the University of Guelph, Ontario, wrote in the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation’s “World Animal Review” on Friday that a world shortage of honev had caused high prices. Many poor countries had overlooked the profits honey production could bring them.— ißome, January 13.
