Speedway title to Morton
(N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH. English riders now living in Auckland dominated the New’ Zealand Speedway motor-cycle championships in Palmerston North on Saturday night.
Dave Morton won all his five races to score maximum points and take the title from his fellow Englishman, John Davis, with Craig Pendlebury third.
