Kuwait gives $3.8m
Kuwait has announced a SNZ3.B million contribution to the aid fund for victims of the northern Pakistan earthquake. Decided at a Cabinet meeting today, the donation is believed the fourth biggest yet made — after pledges of more than SNZI2.2 million by Libya, SNZ7.6 million by Saudi Arabia and SNZ6.I million by the United Arab Emirates. — Kuwait, January 13.
