iN.Z.P A. -Reuter—Copyright) ; NEW YORK. The wife of Pakistan’s ( (Ambassador to the United ! Nations has been beaten and robbed by two young assailants, New York police said. The two youths, one aged 18 and the other 10, were arrested by police as they were fleeing the scene of the crime. Mrs Iqbal Akhund was accosted in the hallway of a building on the East Side of Manhattan and, according to police, was struck on the head. She was taken to hospital, but was not in a serious condition, the police said.
