Thomas appeal hearing
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 8. The hearing of the Arthur Allan Thomas appeal will begin in the Court of Appeal in Wellington tomorrow. He has been twice convicted of the murder of David Harvey Crewe and his wife, Jeanette Leonore Crewe.
The ground of the appeal is that bullet fragments found in the bodies of Mr and Mrs Crewe could not have come from the cartridge case found outside their homestead.
