Cheating on oil prices

A United States Congressional agency, in a report released yesterday, accused oil refineries in the United States of overcharging for their products — possibly to the tune of SUS2OOOm. It called on the Federal Energy Administration to strengthen its programme of enforcing Federal oil price regulations, which were being violated.
