Five sections passed in
Five of seven sections in a development at Highland Heights, Mount Pleasant, were passed in at auction on Saturday. The sections, which range in size from 24 perches, were passed in at prices between $11,500 and $12,500. Two sections, one of 32.8 perches, and one of 34.4 perches, were sold for $15,000 and $13,000 respectively. No Government valuations are available. The auctioneer was Mr G. F. Roche, for Christchurch Real Estate, Ltd.
