Crowd, tote increase
The Metropolitan Club had its moist successful Show Day meeting yesterday. The crowd of 20.100 was greater than last year’s 19.200. On-course betting rose by $54,749 to $621,495, while the offcourse total was $567,623, an increase of $22,366.50.
