(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) SAIGON. President Nguyen Van Thieu has announced the appointments Of new ambassadors to Australia and New Zealand, the Associated Press has reported. Doan Ba Cang. who is 46, a native of the Mekong Delta in South Vietnam, is appointed Ambassador to Australia. He has held diplomatic posts in Paris and Tokyo, and had served earlier as Ambassador to New Zealand. Nguyen Hoang, who is 49, is named to the post in New Zealand. He has served in diplomatic missions in Burma, Australia, and Washington. Before his appointment, he served as deputy chief of the South Vietnamese mission in dealing with the fournation International Commission of Control and Supervision in Saigon, and as secretary-general and political assistant to the Minister of FoMira
