SHOW TENT STOLEN
A side-show tent, valued at more than $3OO, was stolen from the Rangiora showgrounds on Friday evening. The owner, Mr B. Dailey, of Christchurch, left the showgrounds at 4.30 p.m. on Friday after erecting the tent. When he returned next morning for the show all that was left were the pegs and a short length of cut guy-ropes.
