Col. Mtr final 7c The Colonial Motor Company, Ltd, reports that directors recommend a final dividend of 7c a share on the increased capital, which is now $3.9m, payable on December 6, ex-dividend November 11. The total dividend for the latest year is 12c a share (12 per cent) compared with 15c a share, but the shares from the 1:2 bonus issue in May received the final dividend. The considerations will not be issued until after the directors of Northern Steel Supplies, Ltd, have declared an interim dividend for the half year to September 30.
