A copy of the proposed petiHon with a plan of the area may be inspected during normal office hours at the public office of the Christchurch City Council. Any person, by or on behalf of many owner or mortgagee of any land situated in the areas described above, may lodge an objection in writing with the undersigned, not later than 4 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 1974. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
