(From Our Own Reporter) GREYMOUTH. The member of Parliament for the West Coast (Mr P, Blanchfield), seeking a sixth term of office, is being opposed for the Labour Party candidature by two contenders. T'r S. G. O’Keefe, a Westport businessman and a member of the West Coast Regional Development Council, has been nominated to the West Coast Labour Representation Committee, as has been Mr R. Church, secretary of the Greymouth branch of the Public Service Association, and a member of the Greymouth Chamber of Commerce. A selection committee is expected to sit next month.
