Mr William Eberle, President Ford’s special trade representative, has assured Japanese Government officials that the United States will supply Japan with as much food as she really needs, according to official sources in Tokyo. Mr Eberle is on a two-day mission to brief the Japanese Government on Mr Ford’s new economic programme.
