H.A.R.T. HOPES FOR ADDRESS
The Halt All Racist Tours movement has written a letter to the Canterbury Rugby Football Union saying that it hopes a spokesman ■will be invited to address the union’s management committee. The letter was written in' response to an invitation from the union for the president of the Southern Africa Friends Association (Lieu-! tenant-Colonel A. C. R. Elderton) to address the management committee at a meeting this week. “If the union is willing to listen to Lieutenant-Colonel Elderton, it should be pre-
