Sharp falls on weak N.Z. market
Prices fell in quiet trading on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday. The N.Z.U. index reflected the weakness and fell 5.31 to close to a six-year low for the market. Most of the large fails were in seldom-traded issues, but N.Z. Forest Products was down sharply, to continue its decline since becoming ex-bonus.
