Swimmers to be invited
The New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association, at ita meeting last evening, decided to invite a team from Queensland to compete in the national championships at Christchurch next March. New Zealand records ratified were.—Open.—Men: W. B. Naylor (Southland), 200 m freestyle, 1:58.8. Women: Miss D. Ledger, wood (Otago), 200 m butterfl), 2:24.3; Miss M Rodahl (Aucfc land), 200 m backstroke. 2:25.1 (also N.Z. junior record). Junior.— Boys: R. Noyak Otago., 100 m breaststroke, 1:14.3. zoom breaststroke, 2:38. Giris: Miss A, Calder (Otago), 400 m freestyle, 14.36. Miss Rodahl, 100 m back, {stroke, 1:9.
