Newspaper fined
A Mozambique evening newspaper, “La Tribuna,” has been fined 30,000 escudos ($800) for publishing a Reuters news agency report analysing the political situation in Portugal. In a report from Lourenco Marques, the capital of the Portuguese African territory, the Portuguese news agency, Lusitania, says that the fine was imposed by ai. ad hoc commission for control of the press. The newspaper published the Lisbondatelined story under the headline, "Political honeymoon ends in Portugal.” —, Lisbon. August 29.
