PROPERTY SALES
A 43.8 percn section at 13 River Road sold at auction yesterday for $29,200. The land, which is described as being zoned for flats, has a Government valuation (1969) of $4500. The auctioneer was Mr R. D. Brown, of Livingstone and Company. Two houses on 19.7 perches at 119 and 121 Chester Street East were passed in at $12,000. The houses, one with five bedrooms and the other with two bedrooms, and the land has a total Government valuation (1969) of $5300. The: auctioneer was Mr W. W. Anderson, of George Anderson and Son, Ltd. A three-bedroom bungalow on 92 perches at Parsonage Road. Woodend, was sold at auction recently for $14,000, by Mr L. P. Devlin. The 1973 Government valuation is $9500,
