The Prime Minister (Mr Kirk) wants an early report on allegations that letters from South Africa to people !in New Zealand have been opened before delivery. He said tonight that the Director-General of the Post Office (Mr W. J. Sewell) also wanted an early report, because he. like the Govern- i ment was anxious nothing? should happen to undermine? the integrity of the postal • services.
