<HI. Press Atiociation) WELLINGTON. The Wellington City Council yesterday unveiled a s4<n deratopment plan for the Basin Reserve cncket-soecer ground. The three-stage proposal involves the complete reconstruction of the ground, demolition of present facilities, and the building of two stands and terraces to accommodate up to 25,000 ipOCtltOTl.
An earlier plan to improve the Basta Reserve was scrapped after inflation turned a $lOO,OOO scheme into Slat.
