With Sonny playing eight different harmonicas through- ( out the show and Brownie' paying his Manin D-18 gu>tar the audience was treated to two hours of old Negro I They clapped and stamped while Sonny opened the: show with a song called > “A Long Way from Home.” He "whooped,” yelled, and laughed while he sang and played his harmonica. He followed this up with “If You Lose Your Money Don't Lose Your Mind” and then went on with many: other numbers from serious' blues to fun songs before handing over to Brownie. Brownie, with a softer voice sang a more serious type song but still seemed to enjoy every note he struck on his guitar. I
11 He sang a song entitled ‘‘Brownie's Bom and Living with the Blues,” which was 1 a two-and-a-half minute t summary of his life story. !
