Film role
A New Zealand actress, Lisa Harrow, is playing a leading part in the film, "The Tempter,” the Italian entry in this year's Cannes Film Festival. The film also features Glenda Jackson, according to Miss Harrow’s mother, Mrs K. M. Harrow, of Auckland. Mrs Harrow wrote to “The Press” after her attention had been drawn to an article printed on April 27 about Glenda Jackson and her award-winning role in "A Touch of Class." which mentioned a new film that Miss Jackson was making. “Although this is her first film role, Lisa has a contract to make two further films with the same director* Domiani, during the next two years;” Mrs Harrow said. “She has been a leading member of the Royal Shake speare Company for several vears and is now back in England, playing leading roles in two further films.”
