BLENHEIM, May 19.

“More pages of words” were unlikely to change the environment of the Marlbordugh Sounds, said the chairman of the Marlborough Power Board (Mr J, R, E. Moore) yesterday.

He was commenting on a statement on Friday by the Acting Minister of Lands .(Mr Faulkner) that the Government would insist on ■ waiting for a full environmental impact report before allowing an overhead power iline to D’Urville Island.
