Oxford water
Sir, —Having been in Oxford a few times and had a walk around I just noticed such a lot of places where the high pressure water runs over. They seem to have a lot of rain. Had there been a drought they would be fixed. Who would be to blame for the job not done? —Yours MUD LARK. May 3, 1974.
