HOGG ADDED TO SQUAD
The Sydenham forward, S. J. Hogg, has been added to the Canterbury Rugby league squad for the match against West Coast at the Show Grounds on Saturday. Hogg joined Sydenham from the Wellington club, Waterside, at the beginning of this season and played strongly in his adopted side’s unexpected win over Marist-Westem Suburbs last week-end. In spite of the hip injury suffered by the Canterbury three-quarters, E. S. Kerrigan (Papanui), no additional back was brought into the squad for training last evening.
