Exports to Japan up 47 per cent

(N.Z PA Staff Correspondent) TOKYO. April 28. The value of New Zealand exports to Japan rose 47 per cent last year f rom SNZ22IIm in 1972 to SNZ3IOm. These are c.i.f. figures provided by the Japanese Government, and f.o.b. values (what New Zealand exporters actually get) would be at least 10 per cent less than this. Japanese exports to New I Zealand last year rose by 37 per cent — from $NZl4lrn f.o.b. in 1972 to SNZI9Bm in 1973. New Zealand meat exports to Japan doubled in value
