V.Z Preu Association) WELLINGTON. April 29. Regulations for the latest, wages and prices measures, which will come into force on. July 1. were "well under way" in drafting by Parliamentary counsel and would be discussed with parties concerned when ready, the’ Deputy Prime Minister (Mr Watt) said tonight. He also confirmed that the Government was still working towards June 6 as the target date fcr the presenta'tion of the Budget.
