Injured girl in hospital
A girl, aged 16. suffered, [head and chest injuries when j the car she was in rolled over [at the intersection of New Brighton Road and Bamford. I Street about 5.40 p.m on Saturday. The girl, Suzanne Karen, 1 Aitken, of 18 Halberg Street, Dallington, was admitted to Christchurch Hospital. Her condition last evening was comfortable. An 80-year-old man suffered head injuries when he was hit by a car on thej Main South Road, Templeton,; at 7.45 p.m. on Saturday. He is David Bennett, of 2 Kissel! Street, Templeton. Mr Bennett was admitted to Christchurch Hospital where his condition was fairly satisfactory.
