Mount Wellington, winner already this season of the $6OOO first prize in the Air New Zealand tournament, gave a loud and clear warning yesterday that its soccer appetite for 1974 is far from being glutted.

Christchurch United had its second away win in two days when it scored the only goal at Western Springs' against Blockhouse Bay and has rapidly moved up to fourth place after a disappointing start to the defence of its title.
