Mr Heath’s set-back

The British Leader of the Opposition (Mr Heath) was disqualified from a yacht race when he steered his £150.000 Morning Cloud into a marker buoy at the start. The race was the first of this year’s solent points series — the first major offshore event of the season.
The "Observer” newspaper described Mr Heath’s mistake as "a serious sailing set-back.” Mr Heath and his crew were tipped to have had a good chance in the race.
