U.S. trip?

(N.Z. Press A ssn—Copyright)

MOSCOW. April 22

Mr Leonid Brezhnev, the General Secretary of the Soviet Communist Party, said today that he would like to visit the United States again.

Mr Brezhnev made the remark in a jocular, informal question-and-answer session with two American journalists in his spacious Kremlin study, before he met Senator Edward Kennedy.

Asked if he would like to make another trip to America, he replied, "On business, yes.”

“What about pleasure?" he was asked.

“I don’t have time for pleasure,” he replied. “But if I did, I would be happy to."

Mr Brezhnev made his only trip to the United States last June, when he met President Nixon.
