The European Football Union on Thursday confirmed that six of the Atletico Madrid players involved in last week’s stormy European j Cup soccer tie against Celtic! will miss the second leg in s Madrid next week. In a cable to the Scottish Football Association, it said ■ that the three Atletico play-| ers sent off during the first leg of the semi-final tie, Ayala. Diaz and Quique, were automatically barred, and Overjero, Alberto and I Melo will also miss the game because of cautions received earlier in the comI petition.
