Cutting gear stolen
Cash and cutting gear worth SI3B were stolen from F W. Ward and Sons, Ltd, 84 Falsgrave Street, Waltham. on Thursday night
The burglars took $9 from a safe, and an oxygen bottle, acetylene hoses, gauges, and cutting and welding tips. A filing cabinet in Express Typesetting Services, Ltd, Coventry Street, was forced open the same night, and 575 cash in SI and $2 notes was stolen. A 23in black ana white television set w'as stolen from a house in Fisher Avenue, Beckenham, while the occupants were away between 7.30 a.m. and 10 p.m. yesterday.
