Shipmaster charged
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 25. The master of a Korean fishing trawler today denied stabbing a member of his crew. Before Mr M. L. Morgan, S.M., in the Auckland Magistrate’s Court was Sam Duck Lee, aged 45, who pleaded not guilty to the charge of stabbing Yong Hun Kwak, the trawler’s radio operator. He was remanded in custody until March 28. Kwak was operated on at Auckland Hospital on Sunday for stab wounds and was in a satisfactory condition today.
