Lemon cream parfait
Lemon Cream Parfait provides a different flavour in sweets and is better if made the day before it is needed — even two days providing it is kept in a refrigerator. For 4 you will need:!pint fresh cream pint white wine 1 cup castor sugar 1 large lemon Method: Grate rind of j lemon and squeeze and strain all the juice. Put into large basin and add the sugar, wine and Cream and beat together until quite thick. Pour into tall glasses.
