A.G.C. seeks S 3 m
Australian Guarantee Corporation (N.Z.) Ltd, has filed a prospectus for a new issue of s3m debentures and notes with oversubscriptions of s3m at the maximum interest rates allowed. The prospectus discloses that the group net profit of the company rose from $194,208 in the year to June 30, 1971, to $705,755 for the year to September 30, 1973. The profit of parent company, Australian Guarantee Corporation. Ltd. for the last year was almost; sl7m.
