Press Assn — •Copyright) | ALEXANDRIA (Virginia), February 8. s Lawyers for the former) White House counsel, Mr) John Dean, do not plan to) appeal against the decision of a special disciplinary panel! that has deprived him of the right to practice law in Virginia. The three-judge panel [ordered Dean to be disbarred [yesterday for “unethical, unprofessional and unwarranted [conduct” in connection with [the Watergate affair. ! “We do not expect an [appeal at this time,” Dean’s [lawyer, Mr Thomas Mains I said after the decision. I Mains had requested that [Dean be suspended indefinitely until the “final chapter” is written on Watergate. Dean already has been suspended from practising law in the District of Columbia and is appealing against that suspension.
