A record 2760 Rolls-j Royce and Bentley cars! were delivered last year, and export sales were up I by 39 per cent, to a total! value of nearly s23m, the! company has reported. In the first year of its! existence as an independent; public, company, RollsRoyce Motors, Ltd, in-i creased its North American! sales by 27 per cent, Aus-I traiian and Far East sales) by 78 per cent, and European sales by 72 per cent. A new company, RollsRoyce International, with its headquarters in Switzerland, has just been announced, and will handle all future business outside Britain.
