PRISONERS IN VIETNAM Releases to be resumed
; (N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) SAIGON. Feb. 6. South Vietnamese and Viet ( Cong military negotiators : have agreed to resume prisoner exchanges: between 1 next and the following Friday, South Vietnam will release 1200 military and civilian prisoners, and the Viet Cong will free 204. The release of the remaining 2500 listed prisoners will take place within three weeks after the Joint Military Subcommission has worked out details. The exchanges were halted i last July, and the fate of ' prisoners captured since the ' cease-fire of January last year -ihas still to be negotiated.
