The United States Senate Armed Services Committee has decided to summon the former White House lawver. Mr Fred Buzhardt. to explain why a young naval rating was not court-mart ialled for his parr, in an alleged Pentagon spy ring in the White House in 1971. Evidence had been given to the committee bv the Secretary of State (Mr Henry Kissinger), and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs iof Staff (Admiral Thomas Moorer). —Washington, Feb, 7,
