Courses in trade with Japan

The first of three special courses for businessmen interested in trade with Japan will begin at Lincoln College later this month.

“Interest in the new courses is running very high at present and we have had | inquiries from a wide range .;0f New Zealand industrial ! concerns from top manageiment to those people who imight eventually live and I work in Japan,” said Mr D. H. Crabb, the information officer for Lincoln College. ' The aim of the three courses, the first of which will begin on February 20, is to train businessmen how to regard Japan as a trading market. Those taking part will be given the chance of learning more about the Japanese way of life through special training provided in conjunction with the Asian Studies Department of the (University of Canterbury.
