The British Foreign SecreI tary (Sir Alec Douglas-Home) (left Malawi today for Tanzania on the third leg of his • tour of four African nations, after “highly-rewarding” talks [with President Banda. The Foreign Secretary’ is due to meet representatives of the 20,000 Britons in Malawi before continuing his tour, which has already taken him to Zambia and will later take him to Kenya.—Blantyre, Feb, 3.
