New medical series
A new medical drama begins on Thrrsday. It differs from most in that it is produced with the technical assistance of one of America's biggest university medical complexes. the U.C.L.A. Medical Centre. Central characters are Dr Joseph Gannon (Chad Everett), who is associate professor of surgery, and Dr Paul Lochner (James Daiv). chief of staff. Each programme is a complete story and people of all types and backgrounds feature. As the centre is part of campus life, great emphasis is placed on youth and contemporary problems. “Medical Centre" begins on Thursday at 2.05 pm.
