PACIFIC ISLANDS I POLYNESIAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION Ths Pacific Islands Polynesian Education Foundation lias been established to promote and encourage the better education of Polynesians and to provide financial assistance for that purpose. Those eligible lor assistance are Polynesians being both: a native of any island of the Pacific Ocean (other than New Zealand); and a New Zealand citizen or : a person who has been granted permanent residence I or who has been permitted : to enter New Zealand with the intention of permanent residence. The Board of Trustees of : the Pacific Islands Polynesian Education Foundation wishes to make a limited number of awards for the 1974 academic ; year to students who will be undertaking full-time or part- ; time study at a university or technical institute.
