$5000 taken from office
Cash totalling $5OOO was stolen from Moby Dick’s night club, Manchester Street, during the week-end. The money was in a security cabinet in an office, and ■was noticed missing about 9.30 a.m. yesterday by the manager (Mr E. Hunter). Several other burglaries during the week-end were reported to the police. A stereo unit, transistor unit, and records valued about $630 were stolen from a house in Packe Street, Richmond. Stereo equipment worth $2BO was stolen from a flat in Barbadoes Street on Saturday night.
